" Eadad " Program welcomes the pioneers within the activities of the training day in the University of "Al Fahad"

​   One of Asharqia Chamber youth Business Council programs.    

    Youth Business Council has participated in Asharqia Chamber events within the Training Day in King Fahd of Petroleum and Minerals University in the Program (eadad ), one of the Council programs.
    Council received a number of pioneers through Oct. 24 and 25- 2016 to attract participants for the program and explain the work mechanism program, which was designed to serve the young fresh graduated or in the process of graduation (subjected to applying stage) those who have ideas for projects and looking forward to implement them on the ground through the practicing self employment and they have the enthusiasm and energy to do this.
    The program helps those who do not have sufficient experience and management skills and they have genius ideas for their projects, offering them a chance to avoid losses by taking advantage of the first few months after graduation or the application stage to prepare them to achieve their ambitions.
    The program aims to improve future business pioneers work skills and their talents so that they possess the principles of free work and management skills that will protect them of facing  any challenges at the beginning of their projects, as well as exploring  the private business conditions of the planned project of regarding the government requirements, registration and study the market, its problems, needs and requirements of the clients and so on, and learning about the science and basic applications of self employment and management including human resources management, personnel, finance, contracts, purchaces, public and government relations, etc.
    Also it offers a variety of services regarding the details of the business, including:  having a look at the steps and procedures for the start of the project since the birth of the idea and studying the market even the establishment  the plan  of business and operational, and understand the basic management skills such as team building,  pioneering and management of people and institutions, planning and problem solving skills, etc, and helpingin the preparation a comprehensive work plan, and help to prepare and view  a distinctive summary.
